Family Christmas Service - Sunday December 23, 10-11:30 am You don’t want to miss this one. It’s the service when the kids get all adorable.
Join us for a community meal immediately after the service. We encourage a $5 donation when possible to cover food costs.
Remembrance Day falls on a Sunday this year, and as such, we will be taking the time during our service to pause in respectful remembrance.
We also welcome Urban Village Church on November 11.
Join us for a meal together after the service.
It’s a long weekend. Want to play some table games?
We’ll set up the tables at 6. Come when you can make it, and we’ll tear down around 10pm. If you want to eat dinner at the church while playing, bring some food to share.
Join us for a couple of hours on Saturday November 3 to clear out our cluttered corners. Lunch provided!
The streets around Cityview will be alive with families trick or treating and visiting each other. Come be an active part of the Cityview Community. we will hand out candy and hot chocolate from 6:30-8.
If you can help set up, meet us at Cityview at 6:00.
We will have our monthly community lunch together. Expect a low-key pizza lunch this week, as Cityivew families are divided between Women’s retreat and staying in town.
Come beautify the gardens and Cityview grounds!

Cityview women are headed to Stillwood Camp for a weekend of refreshment and stillness. Registration has now closed for this event.
Pray for our Open Table congregation as they give thanks on Thursday, October 11.
We will observe silence during service this day, which is the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1.
We want to cover our church and community in prayer this week. Sign up for an hour for each day for the whole week and see what happens when we seek God first.

We will move our Connection Sunday lunches to Prince Edward Park at 21st and Sophia St. The park has a lawn, playground, and spray park. Bring your lunch and picnic supplies. We'll bring the BBQs.

We will have a booth on Main Street Car Free Day, which is June 16. Please set aside time this day to volunteer for a shift at our booth, engaging our community and playing with children.

While many Cityview Men are off to the Sunshine Coast, we will enjoy our own Cityview family time together at Trout Lake. Come join us for a picnic near the Trout Lake Community Centre and playground. Be sure to bring your folding chairs and picnic blankets. We'll bring a BBQ for you to use.
