Sunday Service - The word for 2026 is...

Image description: Photograph of a red fabric theatre curtain being drawn back to reveal text that reads “Revealing the Cityview word ”

Happy New Year! During this Sunday’s service Trevor will reveal the Cityview Word of the Year. Join us in person at 10 am!

Past words of the year were “courage” (2016), “purpose” (2017), “community” (2018), “grow” (2019), “freedom” (that was a bit of a challenge in 2020 given the rise of Covid-19 and all that we needed to do to keep each other safe), “faith” (2021), “awaken” (2022), “more” (2023), “listen” (2024), and “identity” (2025). Yes, there is often a quiz. Consider yourself warned.

Any guesses what 2026 will be? Wild speculation is about to begin in the congregation’s WhasApp chat.

There will also be a potluck after service on January 4th. Bring something to share and stay to eat with us after service.

For those who are not local or are not able to attend in person, the live-stream will be on our YouTube Channel.
